Dear Jonathan,

 

Despite the not particularly good weather we had an enormously successful open gardens/festival on Sunday 14^th June and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for all the wonderful material you provided, both to help us promote the event and for the actual open gardens – not to mention the raffle tickets which were so much smarter than anything we’ve had before and the raffle banner!

 

As I think you’ve already heard from Jeff, we made over £8,700 which is a fantastic figure to share between the church and the two charities and a lot of this is due to the professional promotional material you kindly make available. Your contribution is greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

PS I have actually retired as treasurer now but I said I’d do the festival one last time!
